The Actors Theater of Orcas Island was formed in 1999 to enhance the quality of life on Orcas Island by providing quality theater experiences and providing for the training and education of Actors, Directors and others involved in theater productions and by providing an opportunity to demonstrate and improve their skills by participating in theatrical productions.

ATOI is a non profit Washington Corporation and has received a 501(c)(3) designation from the Internal Revenue Service. Thus donations to ATOI may be deducted from federal taxes to the limit allowed by law.
