READ ME HELP LIST ***** In order to use any template on ebay you must have an image host if you do not have one www.photobucket.com is a great free one. ****** When listing with a template on ebay directly: Open the text document and do a "mock" listing. Go in like you are going to list an auction. Copy the text document once it is open you right click on it and scroll down to select all and then right click again and click on copy. NOTE:(You may find it easier if you like to copy the document to another note pad and save it so you have a copy to work with. You can do the mock listing through ebay or you can fill out the text copy first then put it into ebay to test.) Go like you are going to list an item. In the description area of eBay at the top of the description area you will see standard html on the left and enter your own html on the right. click the right side.. button. Paste the text document into the description area. If you click the preview button at the bottom of the box you will see what the text document looks like on the web. You will scroll slowly down the text document inside the ebay description area... it will have notes all the way down it as to where you put things.. it will look like this: Or You will fill each area out as it ask for. When it comes to the pictures you will copy your url for your auction pictures <"http://....."> Inside the brackets indicated on the document. *I left in the sample picture so you could see it. In your image host copy and paste the http:// code for the auction picture you want as picture 1 and paste it between <"....."> and do that on each area marked for pictures. You will need to fill out your description and shipping -pay areas. You can then preview the document again and this is how it will look on ebay. You will fill everything else out on your ebay listing like you normally would except for adding pictures. You will need to add 1 free picture and check the add gallery picture if you are wanting to add a gallery picture but that is the only picture you will need to add ..all the others are in description on your template. I hope this helps please let me know if you need more help. I would suggest that you print these instructions to help you along. Thanks, Beverly Helpful sites -------------- If you do not have a program for resizing your images if they are to big or are not familiar with how to use the one you may have or are not sure how to set the settings on your camara for smaller pictures. I find the site below is a great place for resizing and other special effects for people not familiar with editing programs http://magick.net4tv.com/MagickStudio/scripts/MagickStudio.cgi If you copy and paste the above address into your browser it is good to save to your favorites and is very helpful with resizing and also special effects. You can upload pictures directly from your computer to the editor and play around until you get familiar with all the effects that it has available for use. It is a lot of fun once you learn it. It is great for even people familiar with their settings available by editing programs on their computer.
