Zuppa Toscana Soup

This is my favorite soup recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb. Italian Sausage
2 large Russet Baking Potatoes sliced in half, and then in 1/4 inch slices
1 large Onion, chopped
1/2 can. Oscar Meyer Real Bacon Bits
2 cloves garlic minced
2 Cups. Kale chopped
2 cans Chicken Broth
1 quart. Water
1 Cup. Heavy Whipping Cream

Preparation: Cook sausage in a 300-degree oven. Bake approximately 1/2 hour, drain on paper towels and cut into slices. Place onions, potatoes, chicken broth, water, garlic in pot, and cook on medium heat until potatoes are done. Add sausage, bacon, salt, and pepper to taste, and simmer for another 10 minutes. Turn to low heat, add kale and cream. Heat through and chow down.

Seafood Salad Sandwich

This is my favorite sandwich recipe

Ingrediants:

1 lb coleslaw (premade slaw is easiest)
1.5 lb crab meat (not that imitation crap)
2 dozen precooked mini shrimp
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup finely chopped spanish onion
3 finely chopped hardboiled eggs
Mayonaise
1/4 tsp celery salt
salt and pepper to taste
Crossiants

Preparation: Combine slaw, crab, shrimp, celery, onions and eggs. Add Mayo until it reaches desired consistancy then add spices. Spread over crossiants and eat. This stuff is choice.

I found some so called Love's bean and rib recipes. They were not even close. Im gonna Fedex up some more ribs and beans and get an autopsy done. I just gotta get that bean recipe.
