Body

Refers to the actual weight or feel of the coffee in your mouth. Think of the difference between milk and water. The body can range from light, to medium, to full, and varies widely from country to country. The Indonesian coffees, for example, are considered full bodied coffees, while the Latin American coffees are considered light to medium-bodied.
