I'm your head coach, but I do not have all of the skills, answers and experiences that you may need. That's why I rely on many other associates in the business management and diving industry who are experts in their field.
Our first step is to communicate so that I can get a clear idea of where you want to go and what you want to achieve. When we have established your goals, we will work with you to develop your own personal ESP. We will then follow your ESP together as a team. Linda and I will be in contact with you, and so will other coaches, to help motivate and guide you through the process. Together we will all succeed.

Phase 1 - Consultation and Custom ESP Program Development
$75.00 One-time fee
Phase 2 - Personal coaching by phone or email
$60.00 Per Hour
We also offer On Location Coaching, including group workshops and personal training. We can come to your place of business. You will cover travel expenses, including food and lodging, and books and materials, and time at a rate of $60 per hour for reasonable billable time. If I come to you I can conduct staff training workshops for as many people that you need to have trained, and seminars for divers in your community who may be interested in a career in diving or leadership training.
